Persons registered in other State Councils/Medical/Council of India would be permitted to practice modern system of medicine in Uttarakhand temporarily on submission of an application to the Registrar for upto a period of 3 months for which he/she would be issued written permission. After 3 months such permission would not be given without registration with the Uttarakhand Medical Council.

In case of persons registered in other State Councils/Medical Council of India visiting Uttarakhand for giving live demonstrations, Uttarakhand Medical Council would have to be informed by the institution in which the proposed procedures are to be performed.
