Fee Instructions For Online Registrations

Office Order Regarding for New Charges of Registration Fees

1. Permanent Registration (M.B.B.S.) for Other State Council Rs. 4,000/-
2. Permanent Registration (M.B.B.S.) for Uttarakhand State Passout Rs. 4,000/-
3. Permanent Registration in case of Foreign Medical Graduate Rs. 5,200/-
4. Provisional Registration Uttarakhand State Council Rs. 2,500/-
5. Each Additional Degree/ Diploma Registration Rs. 3,000/-
6. Certificate of Good Standing Registration Rs. 5,000/-
7. No Objection Certificate Registration Rs. 2,000/-
8. Convenience Fees in case of online payment only Rs 100 + Bank Charges (In addition to Registration Fees)
9. Temporary Registration Rs. 10,000/-
10. Change of Name /Address Registration Rs. 1,000/-
11. Duplicate Certificate Registration Rs. 1,000/-
12. Transfer of Registration Rs. 2,500/-
13. Renewal of Registration Rs. 1,000/-
14. Re-Registration Rs. 4,000/-
15. Good Standing Certificate Fee Rs. 5,000/-
16. Complaint Fee(Enquiry against registered Practitioner under U.K.M.C) Rs. 2,000/-
17. Renewal of Registration with late fees Upto six months from the date from which registration is due for renewal
Rs. 1,000/- (Rupess Five Hundred only)
For period more than six months but upto one year
Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only)

NOTE :

GST Extra @ 18% as per Govt Rules will be Charged on above Fee

All the above Fee is NON REFUNDABLE
 

In case of Online Payment Verification of documents will be done only after realisation of payment from Bank or after 2 working days from the date of transaction. Please confirm the payment from bank before retry in case of unsuccessful payment or retry after 2 working days.

Before applying online, Candidates are requested to have a scanned (digital) image of his/her photograph and signature and all document as per the specifications given below on instructions.
