Online Complaint Application
Instructions :
The following are the requirements and procedures for filling a complaint against a medical Practitioner or any person practicing modern scientific medicine and its branches, as per the qualifications listed in the First, Second, or Third Schedules of The Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(Central Act No. 102 of 1956).
Requirements for filling a Complaint :
1. The complaint must be submitted in writing and duly verified by the complainant through an affidavit on a ₹10/- non-judicial stamp paper, attested by a Notary Public.
2. The complaint, along with all supporting documents, must be submitted in three (3) complete sets, each containing all relevant materials and the affidavit.
3. The complete complaint documents may be submitted in person or by registered post/courier to the Registrar, Uttarakhand Medical Council.
4. The process fee must be paid to initiate further proceedings: ₹2,000 + 18% GST = ₹2,360/-
